Santa Cruz Canada

Greg Minnaar just missed the podium after a super solid ride and placed 6th, just 1.6 back of Santa Cruz rider, Luca Shaw. Josh looked stylish but lacked the attack that it takes to be in the top 10 and he placed 33rd.
Danny Hart made back-to-back World Cup wins with Aaron Gwin 0.6 behind him. In Loic Bruni’s return to world cup racing after a broken collar bone he showed he wasn’t missing a beat placing 3rd, setting a blistering pace that only 2 riders could best.
‘I was loving the track, especially the new, fast straight. I went steady and didn’t make a lot of mistakes, but i just didn’t put together a run as fast as I wanted’ said Josh.

Greg says, ‘I was happy with my race run even with a mistake in the woods that cost me a second and a podium. The track was super fast and Mt. Ste. Anne never disappoints. I would like to have been on the podium, but seeing Luca Shaw get his first world cup podium was awesome!’
Greg is holding steady in 4th overall in the series. Josh is 19th in the standings as we go into world cup finals in andorra with world championships right after that!!
