Not 2 but 3 Maxxis calendars 2013

Such has been their success over the past few years, that tyre manufacturer Maxxis is producing three distinctive calendars for 2013: a new car tyre calendar, a dedicated motorcycle tyre calendar and a separate Maxxis Babes calendar.

For 2013 Maxxis is highlighting its car tyres in a calendar that puts the spotlight firmly on its successful sports sponsorship.  So, alongside all-action shots and moody ‘poster boy’ photos featuring the Maxxis-sponsored Team Japspeed drift drivers, there are action images from off road truck racing, ATV sport and the Dakar Rally.

Bike retailers will enjoy a new Maxxis calendar which highlights off-road and on track action.  British Superbike teams Swan Yamaha and Maxxis Apico Suzuki – both of which benefited from Maxxis sponsorship during the 2012 season – line up with Maxxis Henderson LPE Kawasaki, the factory Kawasaki motocross outfit.  Maxxis is also a sponsor of Superbike star Chris Walker, who has put new life into StalkerMX since taking over Gonerby Moor Motox track near Grantham and also runs an innovative race school based at the Mallory Park Circuit in Leicestershire.

The Maxxis Babes are a huge hit with performance fans everywhere, whether their first love is high octane drifting or the thrills and spills that characterise motorcycle sports or they simply enjoy meeting up with like-minded individuals at the UK’s top car shows.  In recognition of this, Maxxis has given the Babes their own stand-alone calendar for 2013.

Michaela, Nikkie-Ann, Danni, Holly and the girls can be seen striking a pose with tyres from the Maxxis car and motorcycle ranges in a montage of flirty images taken during their crowd-pleasing appearances at events around the UK.  What’s more, the new Maxxis Babes calendar will be on sale to the public at Autosport International, priced at just £2.00, with copies expected to sell like hot cakes.

“The response to our calendars over the past couple of years has exceeded all expectations and to ring the changes, we’ve decided to separate the Babes from our corporate offering for 2013,” says Maxxis International UK’s managing director Derek McMartin.

“Our two new corporate calendars are designed to underline the strength in depth of our product ranges in key marketplaces while also reinforcing our beneficial associations with some of the UK’s top flight performance car and motorcycle sports.”

The new Maxxis car tyre calendar will be distributed via Stapleton’s, while the bike calendar will be available through the dedicated Maxxis motorcycle tyre division, Bickers.  However, the appeal of the Maxxis 2013 corporate calendars is likely to spread beyond the tyre trade, as visitors to Autosport International will get the chance to buy copies for just £5.00.

Maxxis tyres are available from the UK’s largest tyre distributor, Stapleton’s Tyre Services.  For further information contact Stapleton’s on 0870 60 54321 or visit www.stapletons-tyres.co.uk
