BRAD 'ANDO' ANDERSON RETURNS TO UK AND SIGNS FOR MAXXIS KAWASAKI

Two time British motocross champion, Brad Anderson, has been
lured back to race in the UK.
After so nearly signing for the Kawasaki Motors UK official MX team
in 2012 - and then eventually racing in Australia - the deal sees
the north east based rider set to compete on the KX450F in both the
Maxxis British Championship plus the Red Bull Pro series under the
guidance of Steve James and the Maxxis Kawasaki by L.P.E
team.
With plans to partner Anderson up with riders of equal measure, the
team believe that 2013 could well be their year, as team principle,
James explains:
"It was sort of like Ando was on secondment to the Australian
series really and he knew we wanted him as a future part of the
team. The new outfit and increased support from long term partner
Maxxis, along with valuable input from Apico and Answer clothing,
sealed the deal in double quick time. Now we can build on this
solid foundation and I hope to be announcing other top line
signings for our dedicated MX1 team in the very near future".
For Kawasaki Motors UK, racing coordinator, Ross Burridge, was
upbeat about the news saying:
"Our support over the past four years for the L.P.E team has been
unstinting and we've seen them grow in experience and stature. Now,
with the Maxxis deal and an influx of paddock interest, it looks
like it's their turn to step into the spotlight and make a solid
challenge for championship success".
